We strive to deliver 95% of orders on schedule. In the rare case of a 1–2 day delay due to production, finishing work, or transport issues, we kindly ask for your understanding. Rest assured, Easitech Pte Ltd will do our best to resolve any delay promptly.
Delivery Notification & Time Frame
- Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification from us regarding the delivery details.
- All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners and are made during office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
- You may request to change the delivery address — simply contact us upon order confirmation.
- If a second delivery attempt is required due to missed delivery or customer request, an additional delivery fee will apply.
