Submitting an Order

Q1: How do I place my order?

However, if the order status is “In Progress,” cancellations or changes are strictly not allowed.

Products & Services

Q1: How do you offer lower prices?

We use gang-run printing (also known as batch printing), which combines multiple similar orders into a single print run.
This method is cost-effective and allows us to deliver high-quality, full-colour printing at a lower price.

Q2: Can I request a quotation if the product I’m looking for is not available on your website?

Yes, you may submit your enquiry here or email us at [email protected] to request a quotation.

Q3: How can I view the paper material?

We offer a free paper sample kit. Please visit here to fill in your details.
We mail out the sample pack every Thursday via standard letter post. It typically reaches your letterbox within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

File Upload

Q1: How do I upload orders with different files (e.g., front and back, or multiple names)?

Please zip all the files into one archive. One file = one job with the same order specifications.

Q2: How do I upload files larger than 10MB?

Click this link to upload files larger than 10MB. You will be redirected to a file-sharing service – Hightail.
Additionally, please upload an empty file during order placement that includes your email and filename so we can match your upload correctly.

Printing Info

Q1: What is your printing process?

We use CMYK offset printing to ensure optimal quality and colour combinations. We also support digital and spot colour printing for selected products. To reduce costs, we frequently use gang-run printing.

Q2: What is CMYK printing?

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. It is the standard colour model used in full-colour offset printing.

Q3: What’s the difference between offset and digital printing?

Offset Printing:

  • High quality
  • Sharp images
  • More durable
  • Lower cost for bulk orders

Digital Printing:

  • Suitable for short runs
  • Less colour-fast
  • Slightly weaker lamination
Q4: Will the colour of my printed product match my original artwork 100%?

No. Due to limitations in print technology, 100% colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Our colour tolerance is ±15%.

Delivery

Q1: Do I need to pay for delivery?

Yes, delivery charges are based on a per-trip basis:

  • $4 for rubber stamps
  • $8 for business cards, stickers, and car decals
  • $15 for flyers, brochures, and heavier items

Note: The delivery prices above are before 9% GST.

Q2: How are items delivered?

All items are delivered by our appointed courier partners. We only work with reliable delivery providers.

Q3: When will my items arrive?

Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Q4: Can I collect my order from your office?

No. All items are delivered to your address. Delivery charges apply.

Q5: Can you deliver directly to my customers?

Yes. Please fill in the “Shipping Address” section with the recipient’s details during checkout.

Q6: What if I’m not available to receive the delivery?

We usually notify customers one day before the delivery via email.
If the item fails to be delivered and is returned to us, a second delivery attempt will require a few additional working days.

Note: Specific delivery timing is subject to the courier’s route.

Q7: Does EasiTech guarantee on-time delivery?

While we aim to deliver on time, 100% punctuality cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen factors such as weather, emergencies, or courier delays.

Q1: How do I make a payment?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal (extra charges may apply)
  • Interbank transfer

  • Cheque (mail to us or deposit into our account)

Q2: What is your return policy?

We are committed to customer satisfaction. We will reprint or refund any product that fails to meet quality standards.
However, we are not responsible for errors introduced by customers in their submitted files or after final artwork approval.
